All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping, when available, may take 1–3 business days. International shipping times may vary between 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing. Dust & Iron is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout, and additional shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package so we can help resolve the issue.
